This year, the traditional blessing of candles to be used at home will take place during the liturgy at 9 am on Saturday, Feb 1. Parishioners are invited to bring the candles they will use at home this year to Mass and place them on the table near the altar for the blessing.

The Men of Good Shepherd  this wonderful meal! Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children under 18, and a $30 cap for families. Dinner features two varieties of pasta with choices of our fresh Italian sauce or our garlic butter and mushroom sauce. In celebration of this day, couples, widows and widowers will receive a blessing at each of the Saturday Vigil and Sunday Masses. A special celebration with wedding cake and punch will be held after the 12 Noon Mass.  Those attending this Mass are invited to bring a wedding picture with their names and years of marriage on a card and drop it off prior to Mass. Items that will be accepted include gently used furniture, household items, clean clothing and toys, working small appliances and electronics, tools, shoes, purses and jewelry.
