Helping Families Have Food for Christmas
Good Shepherd parishioners are invited every year to donate non-perishable food products to the Christmas basket program.

Some individual families are assisted upon referral. Also, several organizations benefit from this program including:
- St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church (Quincy)
- St. Margaret Catholic Church (Monticello)
- Good News Outreach
- Veteran's Village
Approximately 350 families benefit from this effort by receiving boxes of non-perishable food items for multiple meals. The quantity of food received is based on family size, need, and the amount of donations received.

Help is needed to sort, pack and deliver food!
